Before we talk…
Whether you've got a problem to resolve, an idea you want to work through, a destination in mind, or you'd simply value an independent perspective in the room, these questions are a useful place to start.
You don't need polished answers. In fact, you probably don't have them yet. The point is to look at it from a few different angles before we talk.
Whichever brought you here, start with what you know. We'll work out the rest together.
Notes from a working session
What made you start looking for help now?
What is it you want to work through — a problem, an idea, or somewhere you want to get to?
What happens if nothing changes?
What do you think is really going on?
How do you know?
What have you already tried?
What's changed that has brought you to this point?
What does better look and feel like?
What would be different for the business?
How would you know you've got there?
What's making the journey harder than it should be?
Who is affected by it?
Who understands it best?
Who needs to be involved?
What would make this worth doing?
What would make it difficult to do?
Who else needs to understand this before anything can change?
These questions begin the thinking. Working through them properly — with the people who know — is what the Tangled Journey is for.

You don't need all the answers before we talk. That's part of what the conversation is for.
